The first two years (2016-2018) of the rehabilitation of the buildings and the regeneration of soils 20 employees, 20 volunteers and 20 student interns will be working with us.
From the opening of the Farm of the Possibles in 2018-2019, 59 full-time employees, 38 part-time employees, 36 people in temporary residency of integral education, 20 volunteers, 60 student interns and 20 researchers will be working with us.
The employees, who will work at the beginning of the activities, are people with many years of experience in their profession who are eager to transmit their wisdom and experience. They will be responsible for the training of people in temporary residency of integral education. The aim is to replace over the years the initial advisers by the newly trained professionals of the farm.
The professionals related to our services appear as volunteers in the work table because one of our strategies is to have a funding partnership of at least 20% coming from public institutions with the contribution of its professionals for periods of 6 months to 1 year to accompany people in temporary residency and supervise students in practice.
Similarly, we value the contribution of student interns and researchers. We believe in the importance of intellectual stimulation through the continuous flow of people bringing new ideas and ways of seeing the world. The latter will be funded by grants obtained through their institutions of affiliation.
